This space is for the courageous survivors, warriors, and fellow sisters of sexual abuse and domestic violence who are willing to go inwards and connect with others who have walked the same path. Here we experience belonging and love remembering that we are stronger together.

In sisterhood, all things are possible. In the She Sanctuary community we come together to:

• Hold sacred space for love and belonging
• Give permission to bravely share our stories
• Practice tools for safety, regulation and resilience
• Cultivate change for wholehearted conscious living
